Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This applies to all customers, including those in the European Union exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Start a Return
Email us at ataktos1771@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted. Returns must be sent to: papagou 174, Eglukada, Patras, Greece.

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid return label.
- Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at ataktos1771@gmail.com.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at ataktos1771@gmail.com with photos. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
