Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Greece: 1-2 business days
- European Union: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on supplier and customs clearance.
Shipping Rates
- Greece: Free shipping on orders over €50 | €4.99 for orders under €50
- European Union: Free shipping on orders over €100 | €9.99 for orders under €100
- International: €14.99 flat rate
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 12-24 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
